Supporting the Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal & Commercial Officer, you will bring strong organisation, sound judgement and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities. You are comfortable working with confidential and commercially sensitive information and can build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business. You will also play an important role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of our Sydney office, combining high-quality executive support with a practical and collaborative approach to office operations.
Reporting to the EA Team Leader, you will provide coordinated, confidential and proactive support that enables three senior executives to use their time effectively and remain focused on key business priorities. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare expense submissions and support well-organised meetings. You will also prepare and quality-check documents and presentations, maintain accurate action records and follow up agreed commitments.
