The Public Trustee of Queensland – Brisbane QLD is seeking a highly organised professional to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director and Regional Directors, coordinating governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement to support portfolio priorities.

This is a temporary, flexible full-time role based in Brisbane until 15 October 2027, offering exposure to statewide services and opportunities to contribute to trusted outcomes for Queenslanders.

Job description

The Public Trustee of Queensland – Brisbane QLD

You will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director and Regional Directors, coordinating business operations, governance activities, reporting and stakeholder engagement to support the effective delivery of portfolio priorities.

This is an exciting temporary, flexible full-time opportunity based in Brisbane until 15 October 2027.

  • Work closely with senior leaders: Provide trusted executive support to the Executive Director and Regional Directors, contributing to the effective leadership and delivery of statewide services.
  • Support effective business operations: Coordinate a diverse range of executive, operational and business support activities, from governance and reporting to events, travel and recruitment.
  • Develop broad organisational capability: Build expertise across executive support, financial administration, reporting, stakeholder engagement and business operations in a complex environment.
  • Make a meaningful impact for Queenslanders: Support the Customer Experience and Delivery portfolio to deliver trusted services that assist Queenslanders through important life events and decisions.

You demonstrate sound judgement, discretion and initiative, and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
