Job summary

Department for Child Protection (DCP) in Adelaide seeks an Executive Support Officer to provide confidential, high-level administrative support. You will manage the Chief Executive’s diary, prepare official correspondence, liaise with Ministerial staff, and contribute to project research and analysis in a politically sensitive environment.

You will uphold discretion, excel in stakeholder engagement, and support a collaborative, inclusive workplace while delivering exceptional customer service.

Our metropolitan Adelaide team are seeking an Executive Support Officer to employ their detail-orientated and strong interpersonal skillet to provide exemplary customer service. You will oversee confidential and high-quality administrative support duties, including diary management, preparing correspondence and documents, and assisting with project research and analysis endeavours. Upholding discretion and integrity within your work is paramount, as this role operates in a politically sensitive environment. Your meticulous nature and exceptional stakeholder engagement will enhance the efficiency and operation of the department.

In this role, you will:
