Fusion Careers partners with an established financial services business to appoint a Sales Director for Professional Services in Sydney. You will lead a high-performing sales and relationship management team, shape growth strategy and drive revenue through strategic accounts and new business.

The role requires a commercially astute leader, experience selling complex solutions into professional services, and a proven track record of developing teams, forecasting, and reporting to the executive

Qualifications

• Significant B2B sales leadership experience.
• Experience selling complex solutions into professional services or other relationship-driven B2B markets.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales and relationship management team.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account development.
• Build and strengthen relationships across the professional services sector.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Personally lead key commercial opportunities and major client relationships.
• Identify new markets, partnerships and revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities.
• Improve sales processes, systems and team performance.
• Provide sales reporting, forecasting and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
