The Project Support Officer at Northern Beaches Hospital Partnership within Northern Sydney Local Health District provides proactive project coordination and high-quality administrative support to help deliver NSLHD's strategic initiatives and priorities.

This temporary full-time role runs until 30 June 2027, with a 38-hour work week and a weekly remuneration of $1,750.26–$2,328.48. The position is based at NSLHD Executive Unit, Kolling Building, Royal Shore Hospital Campus.

Qualificações

• High level organisational and communication skills, including sound negotiation, interpersonal and liaison skills.
• Demonstrated ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment.
• Experience servicing high level committees, including preparation of agendas, minute taking and preparation of correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level organisational support to the Northern Beaches Hospital Partnership team and to the Manager.
• Establish strong working relationships with staff at all levels internal and external to the organisation and interface with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to enable the partnership team to achieve objectives.
