Job summary

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) seeks an Executive Producer to lead Triple M's Central Coast breakfast show Paddy & Maz from our Gosford office. You’ll shape show strategy, craft on-air ideas, and collaborate with Brand Experience and Sales to meet strategic outcomes.

You’ll also forward plan content, coordinate with network producers, drive local and national tactics, ensure compliance, and scout on-air talent. A dynamic self-starter who fosters creativity is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and talent-management skills.
• Experience using Zetta, Phonebox, Voxpro and other editing software.
• Be able to film and edit content from the breakfast show.
• A solid grasp of contest and broadcast compliance.
• A self-starter who fosters creativity.

About the Team & Office

As Executive Producer, you'll lead Triple M's Central Coast breakfast show, Paddy & Maz and work closely with the Content Director to shape show strategy, execute big on-air ideas across the Coast and collaborate with our Brand Experience and Sales teams to meet strategic outcomes.

You'll also:
