Job summary

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) is seeking a Brand Experience Lead for Triple M Melbourne to create unforgettable listener experiences across on-air, online and on-the-ground activations.

You will collaborate with the local content team to bring shows like Mick in the Morning and other brand campaigns to life, driving engagement, content monetisation, and client integration while reflecting Triple M’s cheeky, down-to-earth tone.

• Proven experience in brand, promotions, or audience engagement within media or entertainment.
• Strong creative thinking and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with content teams, talent, and commercial stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Triple M’s tone and audience; passion for creating resonant experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive promotional activity for Triple M and lead on-air, online and on-the-ground activations.
• Plan and execute campaigns, events and branded experiences that engage listeners and clients.
• Collaborate with content teams, talent and commercial stakeholders to ensure consistent brand delivery.
• Design street team campaigns and branded content that reflect the Triple M persona.

A day in the life?

As a Brand Experience Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind promotional activity for Triple M. You’ll work closely with the local content team to bring shows like Mick in the Morning with Roo, Titus & Rosie & Rush Hour with JB & Billy to life through creative audience experiences, content monetisation, and client integration. You’ll lead the planning and execution of on-air, online, and on-the-ground activations that connect with our loyal listeners and deliver on GFK objectives. From designing street team campaigns to collaborating on branded content, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects the Triple M brand - fun, cheeky, down-to-earth, and community-minded.

What You’ll Need
