The role coordinates executive support, manages key projects and delivers governance and compliance outcomes across the Finance portfolio.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience in executive support and project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a changing environment.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Proven stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing confidential information and supporting governance committees.
