Details: Infrastructure Canberra is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Officer to support the delivery of the Northside Hospital Project, one of the largest health infrastructure projects in the ACT's history. The position plays a key role in coordinating governance, administration, executive support and stakeholder engagement activities for the project.
Working closely with the Project Director and Executive Branch Manager, you will manage high-level correspondence, briefings, reporting processes and governance activities, while leading a small team and ensuring effective business operations. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
