Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking an Executive Officer to support the Executive Director of Nursing in a busy office. This hands-on role requires organisation, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

You will work with senior leaders, prepare briefs and reports, and help keep important work moving across CALHN. The position is permanent full-time in Adelaide, SA, offering strong benefits and leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of diary, correspondence and administrative tasks
• Keep office systems, records and workflows organised and up to date
• Prepare clear, accurate briefs, reports and project plans
• Use initiative and sound judgement to resolve issues and manage competing priorities
• Build trusted relationships with executives and government stakeholders
• Track actions, follow up outstanding work and keep priorities on course
