Job summary

AlburyCity is seeking a Director of People and Culture to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of HR, health and wellbeing, governance and employee support services. The role sits on the Executive Team and drives organisational performance through people.

You will shape workforce strategy, build leadership capability, embed contemporary people-management practices, and deliver a high‑performing, values‑driven culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field.
• Significant experience delivering strategic and operational people and culture services.
• Senior leadership experience influencing enterprise-wide outcomes and managing change.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for People & Culture service cluster performance.
• Lead strategic workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
• Develop a contemporary workforce strategy aligned to growth and leadership development.
• Provide strategic advice leveraging workforce data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Coordinate reporting and compliance for People & Culture services.
• Prepare annual Business Plan and monitor cluster outcomes.
