Job summary

Parkerville Children and Youth Care (Inc) is seeking an Executive Manager, People and Culture to lead the people pillar of our 2026–2029 Strategic Plan and help build the workforce, culture and organisational capability needed for our next chapter in Western Australia.

You will reshape People and Culture from a traditional HR function into a contemporary, enabling, data-informed function with executive responsibility across workforce strategy, culture, IR, workplace health and safety, wellbeing

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience (7+ years).
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, OD or related discipline.
• Strong capability across workforce strategy, culture, change and IR.
• Not-for-profit or children/youth services experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People and Culture pillar of the 2026–2029 Strategic Plan.
• Shape workforce strategy, succession, career pathways and talent pipelines.
• Develop an enabling People and Culture operating model.
• Implement employee value proposition and remuneration framework.
• Oversee wellbeing, psychological safety, DEI and OH&S.
• Manage industrial relations, awards and union relationships.
• Provide strategic oversight of WH&S and data-driven decision making.
• Lead and develop the P&C team.
