Aufgaben

• Lead the Organisational Performance division and strengthen organisational capability, performance and accountability.
• Provide strategic leadership across people, governance, financial support and business improvement.
• Support ongoing financial sustainability and delivery of efficient services to the community.
• Develop and review key strategic documents of the Council, including the Council Plan.
• Provide high level advice to the CEO and Council on complex matters.
• Build strong relationships with Councillors, government, community and other stakeholders.
