Job summary

Horsham Rural City Council is seeking a senior leader to head governance, procurement, community safety and environmental health, ensuring compliance with the Local Government Act 2020 and delivering high-quality regulatory services.

Reporting to the Director Organisational Performance, you will drive risk management, integrity, and continuous improvement while leading multidisciplinary teams through an era of economic transition and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic governance, procurement, community safety and environmental health oversight.
• Ensure compliance with the Local Government Act 2020 (Vic) and related legislation.
