Job summary

Glen Eira City Council is seeking two experienced capability and change practitioners to translate strategy into practical leadership action across the organisation. These are enterprise-wide enablement roles that focus on evolving leadership practice, strengthening adoption and building capability at scale.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Capability and Change, you will design and deliver leadership forums, workshops, tools and resources that help leaders implement strategic priorities,

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership or organisational capability initiatives.
• Strong change enablement experience, with the ability to help leaders adopt and sustain new ways of working.
• Highly developed facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The credibility and confidence to influence senior leaders and deliver outcomes through others.
• Experience applying innovation, continuous improvement or structured problem‑solving approaches.
• The ability to translate complex strategies, frameworks and emerging requirements into practical, business‑ready solutions.
• An understanding of artificial intelligence, emerging technology and their implications for leadership and organisational effectiveness.
