Job summary

Latrobe City Council in regional Victoria is seeking a General Manager Organisational Performance to lead the Organisational Performance division and translate the Latrobe City 2035 Vision into people, capability and performance outcomes across the organisation.

You will provide strategic direction across business improvement, governance, financial support and people and culture, working with the CEO, Councillors and Executive Management Team to deliver sustainable services and strong community
