Job summary

Blue Mountains City Council is seeking an experienced executive support professional to assist the CEO with strategic partnerships and special projects. The role focuses on high-level coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

You will work within a dynamic team supporting the Blue Mountains Planetary Health Centre, leveraging grants and other revenue sources to advance sustainability and planetary health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-level executive support and assisting with complex coordination.
• Ability to coordinate strategic partnerships and special projects with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and assist in implementing, managing and reporting on strategic partnerships and special projects.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and grant-related revenue generation activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations and updates for senior leadership and Council.
• Support governance processes and contribute to strategic planning and outcomes.
