Job summary

Intrinsic Health Group is seeking an Executive General Manager to lead growth, clinical governance and service transformation across our expanding allied health network. You will guide strategic expansion, ensure high-quality care, and drive performance while building capability across multidisciplinary teams.

You will report to the executive leadership and shape the future of our clinics and movement centres, balancing commercial success with patient outcomes and equity.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading, inspiring and supporting multidisciplinary allied health teams in a complex healthcare environment.
• A proven record of driving growth, change and service excellence.
• Sound financial management, budgeting and compliance capability, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Highly developed emotional intelligence, and a talent for building strong relationships inside and outside the organisation.
• A demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, equity and culturally safe care.

Responsibilities

• Growth: Identify and pursue new markets, services and locations, grow client base through partnerships and outreach, and support expansion plans.
• Clinical excellence: Lead clinical governance, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety and evidence-based practice.
• Service transformation: Rethink service models, pricing and processes to improve access, efficiency and outcomes with new technology.
• Performance: Own annual work plans, budgets and financial reporting, set KPIs and drive strong performance.
• People and capability: Lead clinicians, allied health managers and multidisciplinary teams, build workforce plans and leadership development.
• The voice of allied health: Represent us in executive forums and build strong relationships with health services, community partners, funders and government.
