Job summary

Intrinsic Health Group is seeking an Executive General Manager to lead growth, clinical governance and service transformation across our expanding allied health network. You will guide strategic expansion, ensure high-quality care, and drive performance while building capability across multidisciplinary teams.

You will report to the executive leadership and shape the future of our clinics and movement centres, balancing commercial success with patient outcomes and equity.

• Sound financial management, budgeting and compliance capability, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Growth: Identify and pursue new markets, services and locations, grow client base through partnerships and outreach, and support expansion plans.
• Clinical excellence: Lead clinical governance, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety and evidence-based practice.
• Service transformation: Rethink service models, pricing and processes to improve access, efficiency and outcomes with new technology.
• Performance: Own annual work plans, budgets and financial reporting, set KPIs and drive strong performance.
• People and capability: Lead clinicians, allied health managers and multidisciplinary teams, build workforce plans and leadership development.
• The voice of allied health: Represent us in executive forums and build strong relationships with health services, community partners, funders and government.

What you’ll lead.

• Growth. Identify and pursue new markets, services and locations, grow our client base through partnerships and outreach, and work with the Executive team on expansion plans built to last.
• Clinical excellence. Lead clinical governance, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety and evidence based practice. Growth only counts when the care is excellent.
• Service transformation. Rethink service models, pricing and processes to improve access, efficiency and outcomes, and bring new technology into the way we deliver care.
• Performance. Own annual work plans, budgets and financial reporting, set clear KPIs and turn good performance into great performance.
• People and capability. Lead clinicians, allied health managers and multidisciplinary teams, and build the workforce plans, leadership development and succession that growth demands.
• The voice of allied health. Represent us in executive forums, panels and advisory councils, and build strong relationships with health services, community partners, funders and government.

What you’ll bring.

• A tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline, with current registration where applicable.
• Extensive experience leading, inspiring and supporting multidisciplinary allied health teams in a complex healthcare environment.

Postgraduate qualifications in health management, leadership or a related field are desirable. You’ll need a current driver licence, a registered and insured vehicle, a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check. Influenza vaccination is recommended.
