A well-established and growing regional healthcare organisation is seeking a commercially minded General Manager to drive strategy, performance and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the business owners, this is a broad leadership role focused on delivering growth, leading organisational change, strengthening stakeholder partnerships and building a high-performing culture during a period of significant transformation.
