You will partner with the COO, CEO and EGM peers whilst leading sales, aftersales, financial performance, and customer outcomes across your region. You will work alongside an EGM peer who shares operational responsibility for Queensland performance.

We’re looking for a highly experienced automotive professional to join as Executive General Manager and jointly lead our Queensland operations. This is a high impact role where you’ll drive commercial results, build exceptional teams, and play a pivotal part in the future of a growing automotive dealership group.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will bring:

• Deep automotive expertise paired with strong commercial instinct
• A natural ability to build trust, unite teams, and elevate leadership capability
• A proven track record in senior leadership positions, including executive exposure with Board level
• The ability to translate strategy into measurable performance outcomes
• Financial acumen and data fluency to guide confident decision-making

• Flexibility to travel as required
