About the role:

As a Delivery Coordinator in the Omoda Jaecoo team, you will be the key link between the sales team, customers, and the wider dealership, ensuring every vehicle handover is smooth, memorable, and professionally executed.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating the preparation and scheduling of new vehicle deliveries so customers receive their car on time and in perfect condition
• Liaising with the sales team to confirm delivery details, documentation, and any special customer requests
• Managing vehicle registration, compliance, and pre-delivery inspection processes with accuracy
• Tracking stock movements and keeping internal systems updated so the whole team has visibility
• Building genuine relationships with customers at the point of handover, leaving a lasting positive impression of the brand
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks that keep the new vehicles department running efficiently

About you:

• Experience in a coordination, administration, or customer-facing role, ideally within automotive or a similarly structured environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting anything slip

• Comfortable working with dealership management systems or picking up new software quickly
• A current Queensland driver licence
