Job summary

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is seeking an Executive General Manager to jointly lead our Queensland operations and drive high-impact commercial results. You will partner with the COO, CEO and EGM peers to oversee sales, aftersales, financial performance and customer outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Deep automotive expertise with strong commercial instinct.
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles, including exposure to Board level.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable performance outcomes.
• Financial acumen and data fluency to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication to align and inspire senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional performance across sales, aftersales, F&I and customer outcomes.
• Drive strong financial performance and balance sheet resilience.
• Develop leadership capability and succession planning across the region.
• Foster executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute business strategy and drive sustainable growth.
• Ensure compliance with legal, workplace, environmental and government standards.
