Job summary

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Queensland and Northern NSW marketing team. This hands-on role supports a portfolio of automotive dealerships, focusing on driving leads, customer engagement and sales outcomes, based at Audi Centre Southport with some travel to local dealerships.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute plans, coordinate campaigns, manage the customer journey including EDM and SMS, and work

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Automotive, retail or agency background advantageous.
• Qualifications in Marketing or Business.
• Campaign management experience in paid media and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for multiple dealers in your portfolio.
• Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and events to drive traffic and sales enquiries.
• Work closely with the media agency to develop, implement, review and optimise performance across all campaigns.
• Support budget planning and reporting, linking spend to sales outcomes.
• Manage the customer journey and all communications inc EDM, SMS.
• Manage websites and organic social media.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, OEMs, and agencies.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated marketing professional to join our Frizelle Sunshine Automotive QLD and Northern NSW Marketing team. Opportunities like this don’t come around often. Work with global brands, drive lead generation, and make a measurable impact on real business outcomes.

About the Role:

This role directly supports a portfolio of automotive dealerships, with a strong emphasis on driving leads, customers engagement and sales outcomes. Reporting into the Group Marketing Manager and working closely with the centralised marketing team, you will develop and execute marketing plans, coordinate campaigns and events.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is based at our Audi Centre Southport office with some travel to local dealerships.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans for multiple dealers in your portfolio
• Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and events to drive traffic and sales enquiries

About You:

• Marketing allrounder keen to grow your skills and develop with the support of a wider marketing team
• Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role. Automotive, retail or agency would be advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing or Business
• Campaign management experience in paid media and digital channels
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• QLD drivers licence and own vehicle essential
• A proactive mindset, positive attitude and keen to learn and grow
