Job summary

Sunshine Ford on Ashmore is seeking a motivated sales professional to join Frizelle Sunshine Automotive. Representing Ford's Ranger, Everest, Mustang and Puma, you will guide customers from first conversation to vehicle handover and help them find the right fit.

The role emphasises building a repeat and referral customer base, working with a supportive team, and taking part in Ford manufacturer training to stay ahead of the competition. Queensland driver's licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or customer-facing sales is highly regarded, though your attitude and drive matter.
• A current Queensland motor dealer licence, or the eligibility to obtain one.
• Confident communication across all channels, in person, phone, and digital enquiries.
• You are motivated by targets and understand that consistent effort leads to consistent reward.
• A valid Queensland driver's licence is essential.
