Job summary

Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is seeking an Executive Director, Legal Operations, Technology and Enablement. You will lead the Operations and Knowledge Management team, delivering high-quality support to branches and ensuring compliance with Legal Services Directions.

The role provides strategic leadership of the agency’s Legal Technology Services, including digital forensics, eDiscovery and evidence handling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a specialised service delivery team in a large, complex organisation.
• Deep expertise in legal technology, eDiscovery, digital forensics, knowledge management, and security.
• Understanding of technology trends, court practice, caselaw and regulators in our environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to shape direction to meet objectives.
• Enterprise influence and negotiation to shape agency-wide strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and knowledge management to meet reporting schedules and support branches.
• Provide strategic leadership of Legal Technology Services to deliver digital forensics, eDiscovery and review.
• Develop long-term strategic direction for LTS and knowledge management.
• Oversee the eDiscovery platform for significant investigations.
