Job summary

ACCC is seeking an Executive Director, Legal Operations, Technology and Enablement to lead the Operations and Knowledge Management team and deliver high-quality legal support across the agency. You will provide strategic leadership of the agency’s Legal Technology Services, oversee eDiscovery and digital forensics, and shape the long-term direction for legal operations and knowledge management.

Salary at EL2 is AU$148,287–173,778 per year plus 15.4% superannuation; applications close 8 November

Qualifications

Experience leading a specialised service delivery team in a large, fast-paced organisation.
Extensive experience in legal technology, eDiscovery and digital forensics.
Understanding of legal processes, compliance and knowledge management.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead the Operations and Knowledge Management team to meet reporting schedules and provide high-quality business support.
Provide strategic leadership of Legal Technology Services to deliver digital forensics, investigation, and eDiscovery.
Develop long-term direction for LTS and agency-wide strategy for legal operations and knowledge management.
Oversee the eDiscovery platform across major investigations to meet client needs.
