The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) seeks an Executive Director, Legal Operations, Technology and Enablement, EL2, Specialist Advice and Services. This senior role leads delivery of digital forensics, investigation and litigation support, technology-assisted review, eDiscovery, and evidence handling across the agency.

You will shape agency-wide strategy, engage with diverse stakeholders, and drive enterprise influence.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading a specialised service delivery team in a large, complex, people-centred organisation.
• Extensive technical expertise in legal technology, including eDiscovery, digital forensics, and evidence handling.
• Understanding of external factors such as technology developments, court practice, and regulators.

• Lead delivery of legal operations, technology and enablement for Specialist Advice and Services.
