ACCC is seeking an Executive Director, Legal Operations, Technology and Enablement to lead the Operations and Knowledge Management team, delivering high-quality business support and strategic direction for the agency’s legal technology services. The role oversees eDiscovery, digital forensics, and technology-assisted review across major investigations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Competenze

Demonstrated experience leading a specialised service delivery team in a large complex organisation.
Deep technical expertise in legal technology, knowledge management, eDiscovery and digital forensic technology.
Understanding of external factors including developments in technology and regulatory practices.

Mansioni

Lead the Operations and Knowledge Management team to meet reporting schedules and provide high-quality business support to branches.
Provide strategic leadership of Legal Technology Services for digital forensics, investigations, eDiscovery and evidence handling.
Develop and execute the long-term strategic direction for legal operations and knowledge management.
Oversee the eDiscovery platform across significant investigations to meet the needs of the agency and external counsel.
