Job summary

ACCC is seeking an Executive Director, Legal Operations, Technology and Enablement to lead the Operations and Knowledge Management team and deliver high‑quality legal services. You will steer the Legal Technology Services to support digital forensics, investigation and eDiscovery across major matters.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a specialised service delivery team in a large organisation.
• Extensive technical expertise in legal technology, eDiscovery, digital forensics and related policy.
• Strong understanding of legal processes, governance, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations and Knowledge Management team to meet reporting schedules and provide high-quality support.
• Provide strategic leadership of the Legal Technology Services function for digital forensics and eDiscovery.
• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for legal operations and knowledge management.
• Oversee the eDiscovery platform across investigations to meet agency and external needs.
