Job summary

Westmead Fertility Centre invites an experienced healthcare executive to lead clinical excellence, patient safety and compassionate fertility care. You will provide executive leadership across nursing, counselling and patient-facing services, and oversee governance, quality and accreditation.

A postgraduate leadership qualification is highly regarded, with a track record in fertility or women's health advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Significant senior healthcare leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, quality, patient safety and risk.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical services, organisational performance and workforce capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of nursing, counselling and patient-facing clinical services and governance.
• Lead the clinical governance framework, risk management, audits and accreditation processes.
• Build and nurture a high-performing clinical workforce and cultivate a positive culture.
• Translate strategy into improvements in patient care, service performance and clinical outcomes.
• Oversee stakeholder relationships with Fertility Specialists, teams and external partners.
