Job summary

Vail Resorts Australia is seeking a high-impact Director, Resorts Experience for Australia, overseeing F&B, accommodations, retail and rentals across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham. You’ll shape strategy, lead broad transformation and amp guest and employee experiences on a landmark alpine portfolio.

Reporting to the VP & GM - Perisher, you’ll steer a diverse leadership team, drive commercial outcomes and partner with senior leaders on long-term growth and relocation support where needed.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in complex, customer-focused operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with end-to-end P&L accountability.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams in hospitality or related industries.
• Track record of delivering transformation through people, culture and operational excellence.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead curation and execution of apres experiences across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham.
