Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience providing senior executive, secretariat or corporate administration support in a complex organisation.
  • Experience coordinating senior meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, action registers and confidential correspondence.
  • Experience supporting governance, compliance, procurement administration, records management and reporting.
  • Experience working with senior leaders, cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualification in business administration, governance, executive support or related discipline (desirable).
  • Strong judgement, organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support including diary management, prioritisation, correspondence, briefings and confidential information handling.
  • Coordinate Corporate Services leadership, team, project and Board subcommittee meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, actions and follow‑up.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports, annual calendars, presentations, templates and briefing materials.
  • Support workflow administration, information flow and task tracking across Corporate Services, CEO Office, resort teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support governance, compliance and records management including registers, filing systems, documentation and workflow tracking tools.
  • Coordinate procurement administration including purchase orders, supplier documentation, invoice follow‑up and cost centre checks.
  • Assist with centrally managed organisational events including workshops, forums, corporate events and ARV Summit support.
  • Provide day‑to‑day office coordination including supplies, practical support and local arrangements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems, workflows and reporting processes.
