Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield on Market Street, Sydney CBD seeks a part-time Corporate Concierge to deliver premium service and support executives, clients, and visitors. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 10:00am to 3:00PM (20 hours per week) in a prime Sydney CBD location.

Applicants should have corporate concierge experience, strong stakeholder management, and a professional, customer-centric mindset. This is a long-term stable part-time opportunity with the Cushman & Wakefield client account.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Corporate Concierge or similar in a corporate office.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience in premium corporate, professional services, legal, financial services, or blue-chip environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional presentation and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium concierge experience within a corporate workplace environment.
• Welcome and assist executives, clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Manage visitor registration, meeting room coordination, and executive requests.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate workplace events, catering, and VIP visits.
• Ensure meeting rooms, reception, and shared spaces are maintained to a premium standard.
• Liaise with building management and service providers as required.
• Provide administrative support relating to workplace operations and concierge services.
• Handle enquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
