Job summary

Saint Haven Bondi, opening in 2027, seeks a Club General Manager to lead the flagship venue from inception and build a remarkable member community. You will shape culture, drive performance and deliver an elevated luxury experience in a premier Bondi setting.

You will oversee P&L, budgets and revenue growth while building a high-performing team and maintaining impeccable standards across service and operations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of senior management in luxury hospitality, wellness, or premium leisure.
• Proven experience managing a P&L, budgets and commercial performance.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of premium service and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening and ongoing operation of Saint Haven Bondi.
• Create a warm, elevated and highly personalised member experience.
• Build, inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Own the club’s P&L, budgets, commercial performance and key business targets.
• Drive membership growth, engagement and retention.
• Grow revenue across wellness, food and beverage, and member experiences.
• Partner with department leaders and practitioners to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain impeccable standards across service, safety, presentation and operations.
• Bring fresh thinking to evolve the Saint Haven experience.
