Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is seeking a dynamic Venue General Manager to spearhead the opening of a landmark entertainment destination in Sydney. You will lead pre-opening planning, recruit and develop a flagship leadership team, and shape culture, guest experience and commercial success from day one.

You'll guide F&B, events and entertainment, drive forecasted performance, and uphold safety and operational excellence with a hands-on leadership style that puts guests first.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large hospitality or entertainment venues.
• Experience building and coaching a senior leadership team.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening and ongoing venue operations with a focus on guest experience and commercial results.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team and venue culture.
• Drive F&B excellence, events and entertainment across offerings.
• Deliver financial performance through planning, forecasting and cost management.
• Create a sales-through-service culture maximizing revenue while guests are prioritized.
• Maintain highest standards of safety, compliance, presentation and ops excellence.
