Saint Haven is redefining luxury private clubs and is opening Bondi Beach. We seek a standout Membership Sales Executive to build our founding Bondi member community and drive premium membership sales with a high-touch, relationship-first approach.

You will own the pipeline—from first enquiry to onboarding—delivering polished experiences and nurturing genuine connections with prospective members.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience from premium fitness, wellness, luxury hospitality or private clubs.
• Polished, commercially sharp and great with people.
• You know how to make people feel part of something special.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and consistently meet targets.
• Host personalised club presentations for prospective members.
• Build and nurture the Bondi Beach membership pipeline and waitlist.
• Own follow-up from enquiry to onboarding and conversion.
• Partner with launch activity and events with the team.
