Castle Hill Country Club is one of Sydney's premier private golf clubs, renowned for its championship golf course, loyal membership and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences both on and off the course. As the Club continues to invest in its future, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Chef to help shape the next evolution of its food and beverage offering.
This is a unique opportunity to join a Club with genuine ambition. Members are passionate about their Club and have high expectations of the dining experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating the food offering through creativity, consistency, leadership and innovation while ensuring every experience, from casual member dining to major events and golf day catering, reflects the quality and reputation of the Club.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead all kitchen operations and be responsible for food quality, menu development, team leadership, training and culinary innovation across the Club.
While the role includes premium member dining and a busy calendar of functions and events, success is about far more than producing great food. The Club is seeking a leader who can inspire a team, develop capability, create consistency and build a culture that encourages people to perform at their best.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence not only what is served, but how members experience food throughout the Club. New ideas, creative thinking and a genuine passion for hospitality will be welcomed and supported.
You are likely already operating as an Executive Chef or an experienced Head Chef with a proven ability to lead people, develop teams and deliver consistently high standards.
Golf club experience will be highly regarded; however, candidates from premium hotels, luxury resorts, private clubs or elevated dining environments are also encouraged to apply. The key requirement is an understanding of how to create memorable hospitality experiences while building a high-performing team culture.
