Social Ventures Australia is seeking an organised, proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who will also coordinate the ELT and governance processes. This role sits at the heart of our purpose-driven organisation, supporting senior leaders and translating priorities into action across the organisation.
You’ll manage the CEO’s diary, coordinate ELT meetings, and help drive accountability while building strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders in Australia’s not-for-profit sector.

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident Executive Assistant to the CEO to become a trusted partner to our CEO while also playing a critical role coordinating and supporting SVA's Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
This is not a traditional EA role. While you'll provide exceptional executive support to the CEO, you'll also act as the central coordination point for our ELT, helping drive organisational priorities, track key actions, coordinate governance processes and ensure important decisions are translated into action across the organisation.
