Job description

We are looking for a highly capable, commercially minded Executive Assistant to work directly alongside a Managing Director across a growing portfolio of property, investment and business ventures.

You will be the person who keeps priorities moving, brings structure to a fast moving environment and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

If you are naturally proactive, highly organised and enjoy being close to decision making, this is an opportunity to step into a genuinely influential role.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with the Managing Director across a broad range of commercial, property and investment activities.

Your days will be varied. One day you may be coordinating an important property meeting, the next preparing information for an investment opportunity, managing a complex schedule or bringing together multiple stakeholders to keep a project moving.

You will be trusted with responsibility and expected to take ownership.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating domestic travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Managing a complex calendar, meetings, appointments and competing priorities
  • Preparing meeting briefs, presentations, reports and supporting information
  • Tracking actions, deadlines and important commitments
  • Coordinating property projects, transactions and business initiatives
  • Supporting property and investment research and due diligence
  • Liaising with agents, advisers, consultants, clients and business partners
  • Preparing information to support commercial and investment decisions
  • Managing confidential business, financial and personal information
  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring the right people and information are in the room
  • Following up stakeholders and ensuring agreed actions are delivered
  • Supporting strategic projects and new business initiatives
  • Identifying what needs to happen next and taking action before being asked
What We Are Looking For

You are likely to be an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported a Founder, Managing Director, business owner or senior executive.

You are highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.

You do not simply manage a diary. You understand priorities, anticipate what is coming and make things happen.

We are looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience supporting a senior executive, Founder or business owner
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • A proactive and solutions focused approach
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and external advisers
  • Excellent judgement and discretion
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The flexibility to adapt when priorities change

Experience within property, real estate, construction, investment or a related industry will be highly regarded.

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to work at the centre of a growing entrepreneurial business rather than sitting on the sidelines.

You will have direct exposure to property, investment, sales, business development and commercial decision making.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and have visibility across a number of businesses and ventures.

The environment is fast paced, direct and informal. Priorities can change quickly, opportunities move fast and initiative is highly valued.

For the right person, this role offers significant responsibility, variety and the opportunity to become a genuinely trusted member of the leadership environment.
