You will operate in a fast-paced executive environment, manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, prepare reports, and maintain confidentiality across departments.

The role involves partnering with the Retail and BTR leadership teams, supporting HR processes, and driving administrative efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven extensive experience as a senior Personal Assistant.
• Experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities.
• Advanced IT proficiency with Microsoft Office, MRI, Basware, MEX and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Keep executive team informed on business pulse.
• Operate without supervision in an executive environment.
• Manage diary of meetings and email.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, speeches, and media statements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and action items.
• Prepare reports, papers, and presentations.
• Organise staff events and travel arrangements.
• Support HR onboarding and recruitment processes.
