Mirvac is seeking an Asset Manager, LIV, to lead a high-performing Build to Rent team and maximise income and capital value across assets. The role emphasises premium asset presentation and delivering a vibrant, customer-focused community through operational excellence.

You will drive strategic asset planning, budget management, and data-driven decision making, while ensuring compliance and an exceptional resident experience. On-site leadership and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in asset management or property management, strata experience desirable.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across levels.
• Experience developing and delivering asset income/expense budgets.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Build to Rent team to deliver asset strategy and optimise income and capital value.
• Ensure premium asset presentation and high-quality resident experiences.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to support strategic execution and customer-centric culture.
• Prepare and implement the asset’s income and expenditure budgets, with regular reforecasting.
• Support leasing activities to maximise returns and minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with Residential Tenancies Act, lease docs and internal procedures.
• Contribute to strategic programs driving resident retention and community partnerships.
• Maintain on-site presence and respond to resident requests with efficiency.
