Want to work at the heart of Inside Gold Coast / Infomaps, one of the Gold Coast’s most established media, tourism and advertising businesses?
We’re looking for a highly organised, switched-on Junior Executive Assistant to support our two Directors and help keep our busy little world moving.
This is not your typical EA role. It’s varied, hands‑on and right in the middle of a fast‑moving media business, so we’re looking for someone with maturity, initiative, great people skills and a personality that will fit into our team.
You don’t need decades of EA experience. What matters to us is that you’re reliable, confident, organised, comfortable picking up the phone and have the common sense to work out what needs to happen next.

No two days look quite the same. You might be organising meetings, managing diaries and inboxes, speaking with clients, preparing a proposal, following up a deal or helping the team pull together something that needs to happen that day.
You’ll help with:
Basically, you’ll become one of those people who knows what’s going on and helps make things happen.
More than anything, we’re looking for the right person.
You’re mature, capable and dependable, but you also have a personality. Our office is full of great communicators and big personalities, so this probably isn’t the role for someone who wants to quietly hide behind their computer all day.
You’ll be organised, confident on the phone, a great communicator, comfortable following people up and proactive enough to get on with things without waiting to be told every next step.
Experience in admin, reception, executive or sales support, customer service, media or another busy office would be great, but attitude, maturity and initiative matter just as much to us as your job title.
We work hard, but we also genuinely like working together.
We’re a small, lively team, we talk to each other (a lot!), have a laugh, celebrate the wins and regularly find an excuse for a long lunch.
And because we’re Inside Gold Coast, we get to experience plenty of what makes this city great, from new venue openings and events to some of the Gold Coast’s best restaurants, hotels, attractions and businesses.
This is an office-based role in Burleigh Heads, Monday to Friday, so if you’re looking for a work-from‑home position, this one isn’t for you. We actually like having our team together.
You’ll work directly with both Directors, meet some brilliant people and get a front‑row seat to what’s happening around the Gold Coast.
$50,000 – $55,000 + super per annum, depending on experience.
If you’re organized, confident, good with people, enjoy a lively workplace and get genuine satisfaction from making things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
