Job summary

Pro Light & Sound is seeking an Executive Assistant & Junior Sales coordinator to join our Cheltenham team, working closely with the Managing Director to keep the business running smoothly and clients well looked after.

The role blends admin discipline with sales support, including site visits and client meetings, and offers growth as responsibilities expand. You’ll be a self-driven, proactive contributor in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in events, coordination, admin, or junior sales.
• Properly organised; knows what to chase and when without being told.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without dropping any.
• Eager to build a career in event production management.
• Confident with clients across email, phone, and on-site.
• Full-time, based at our Cheltenham office.

Responsibilities

• Triage the director's emails and coordinate the calendar.
• Attend site visits and client meetings alongside the director.
• Support with new enquiries and manage pipeline of jobs.
• Follow up on quotes and outstanding jobs; keep clients and team informed.
• Handle day-to-day admin; flag items needing director input.
• Help prepare proposals and client-facing documents.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and suppliers.
• As we grow, take on more production management and sales steps from enquiry to post-sale.
