Qualificações

• Strong work ethic and reliable, can-do attitude.
• Physical fitness for active lifting and being on your feet.
• Availability that flexes with the event calendar, including weekends.
• Team player who takes pride in getting the job done right.
• Event or AV experience is beneficial but attitude matters most.
• Current driver’s licence preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Load, unload, move and set up AV and event equipment.
• Assist with bump-in and bump-out at venues across Sydney.
• Help set up lighting, audio, staging and vision under direction.
• Help build, create & set up branding, custom builds, styling & décor products.
• Keep sites tidy, safe and running smoothly.
• Pack down and return gear at the end of events.

The role

As casual event staff, you'll help bring events to life — from bump-in through to bump-out. It's hands-on, fast-paced work across some of Sydney's best venues and events. Shifts vary with our event calendar, so it suits people who want flexible, varied work rather than a fixed 9-to-5. We care more about attitude and enthusiasm than years of experience.
