Bond University on the Gold Coast seeks a capable Executive Assistant to support the Faculty Business Director and Deputy Executive Dean, keeping priorities organised and connected across a complex academic and professional services environment.
Based in the Faculty Executive Office, you will handle enquiries, meetings, communications, events and follow-up actions with discretion and pace, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely decisions.
This is an opportunity for a highly capable Executive Assistant to step into a trusted, visible role at the Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine. Supporting the Faculty Business Director and Deputy Executive Dean, you will help keep executive priorities organised, responsive and connected across a complex academic and professional services environment.
The role sits within a shared Faculty Executive Office, working in partnership with the Executive Assistant to the Executive Dean to support Faculty initiatives and respond to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be a key point of contact for enquiries, meetings, communications, events and follow-up actions, ensuring matters are handled with professionalism, discretion and pace.
No two days will look the same. You may be preparing briefing material, coordinating executive diaries, triaging sensitive matters, supporting strategic visits, organising Faculty events, tracking actions from meetings, improving administrative systems or helping bring together the right people and information so decisions can be made well.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being the person others rely on, calm under pressure, thoughtful in approach, confident with senior stakeholders and motivated by making a busy executive environment work smoothly.
The salary for the full-time position commences at $85,707.07 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
