Dungog Shire Council is seeking a professional, highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment. As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will provide high level administrative and executive support to the General Manager and Mayor, ensuring the effective management of priorities, schedules, communications and business activities.
Being a key liaison between Councillors, staff, community members and a diverse range of stakeholders, you will have exceptional communication skills and be able to confidently manage competing priorities with professionalism and attention to detail. You will be technologically proficient with strong capability in governance and compliance requirements within a complex environment.

This position is placed at Grade 10 of Council’s salary system. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. The salary range is $92,135 to $103,639 per annum plus 12% Superannuation.
This role works a 19-day month with 1 rostered day off (RDO) every 4 weeks.
