Details: Housing Assistance is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and adaptable professional to join our Executive Support Team as Executive Assistant supporting the Executive Group Manager, Housing Assistance.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of a busy and dynamic Division that delivers social housing, homelessness services, housing policy and asset management projects that improve the lives of some of the ACT's most vulnerable community members.
As a trusted member of the Executive Support Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the very busy and fast-paced (but fun!) Office of the Executive Group Manager while contributing to the delivery of key business priorities across the Division.
Working with the Executive Officer and Assistant Director, Ministerial Services in the Office of the Executive Group Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Group Manager and work in partnership with colleagues across Housing Assistance, the Directorate and the Minister's office.
You will need to be able to work magic with TRIM, Outlook, OneNote and PowerPoint, be confident and use sound judgement to make decisions about the Executive Group Manager's diary, keep ministerial correspondence and briefings progressing efficiently, bring energy to the workplace and love having a bit of a laugh.
