Bayside Council is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director City Presentation to support Waste & Cleansing, City Works, and Parks & Open Space. This pivotal role will manage priorities, anticipate issues, and ensure the Director is well briefed for timely decisions.
Based at the Bexley Depot, this permanent full-time position offers a 35-hour week (9-day fortnight) and a salary from $81,708 to $91,513 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

More than traditional executive support, this pivotal role will anticipate priorities, coordinate information, manage competing demands and ensure the Director is prepared and positioned to make timely decisions.
