This is a fast-paced, collaborative role working with senior stakeholders across the University. The role offers a permanent full-time position, a hybrid work arrangement in Wollongong, and a salary package with 17% superannuation.

As Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership and success of UOW's Brand & Marketing Division. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll manage competing priorities, coordinate high-level activities, and ensure the Chief Marketing Officer is supported to focus on strategic objectives. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across the University.

The Executive Assistant works within the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer, at the centre of a fast-paced executive environment with frequent competing priorities, sensitive information and significant internal and external stakeholder contact.
